This Government Department is seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join the team on a contract role. The role is through to 10th of March 2024 with possible extensions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via various communication channels.
- Provide clear and concise guidance to resolve user concerns
- Accurately identify, categorise, and prioritise incoming issues and service requests
- Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately
- Assist users in navigating the application effectively to enhance their experience
- Experience providing customer service support
- Strong understanding of complex IT systems, their components, and interactions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Experience using collaboration and tracking tools, such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow – highly regarded
