About the Role

This highly collaborative role will see you assisting with the day-to-day management of debtor accounts, managing debt recovery, and reconciliation of Cash on Delivery accounts.

Duties include:

  • Liaising with sales/production teams regarding outstanding items and queries
  • Collecting and reconciling debtors and COD accounts
  • Processing credit applications by collating information, setting up new accounts, and actioning credit limit increases
  • Reviewing all inactive accounts and assessing their risk category
  • Assisting the Credit Manager with day-to-day management and month-end procedures


  • Previous experience in Credit Control or supporting Accounts Receivable activities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong general computer skills (must be proficient in Word and Excel)
  • Previous SAP experience is highly desirable but not essential
  • Must be able to work on-site in the Silverwater office 5 days per week

  • Must be able to work in the Silverwater office every day (due to the highly collaborative nature of the role)
  • Must have full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Paying between $40-45 per hour plus super
  • Initial 3-month contract with high potential of converting to a permanent position
