The Role
Our government client is seeking an experienced Case Manager to join their team. The Case Manager will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive case management support to individuals involved in drug and alcohol programs. The role in an initial contract until the end of December 2023 with a strong possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated support to drug and alcohol participants through comprehensive case management.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored case management plans.
- Prepare and present court reports and expert advice to the court, as required.
- Maintain accurate case records and progress notes.
About You:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in assessment, case management, or social work.
- Familiarity with court procedures and legal requirements.
- Immediate availability for an early start.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
