
Business Improvement Specialist
- 6 Month Contract – Government Agency
- Daily Rate Contract
- Central CBD Location with WFH Flexibility
This government department is seeking a Business Improvement Specialist to come on board to work on the operational and BAU work focused on the implementation of continuous improvement across their Asset Management and Performance Division.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate on the development and execution of a continuous improvement strategy for Asset Management
- Aid in facilitating workshops and interactive sessions
- Concentrate on enhancing end-to-end business improvement initiatives
- Strategise, oversee, and nurture the human aspect of change during their transformation efforts
- Evaluate change impact assessments and readiness
- Analyse enhancements to business processes, frameworks, communication channels and training strategies
You will have:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the business improvement and/or change envvironment
- Strong experience on Agile projects
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in O365 applications to support presentations, communications and tracking/reporting
- Prior exposure to Transport or Government environments highly regarded
