About the role:
The BA will report to the PM and both will be working on our Workplace Technology refresh project.
The project scope is to rollout laptops, wireless keyboards and mice and headsets to 400 staff in the Brisbane office. Fitout 400 desks with new monitors and webcams in the Brisbane office. Analyse and replace Wi-fi across 4 floors in the Brisbane office. Replace VC in 40 plus rooms
Experience:
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Proven experience working with senior decision makers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is advantageous.
- Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to rapidly understand a business domain, and how technology supports its performance.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including stakeholder, vendor and senior executive interaction.
- Knowledge of best practice security principles for technology environments and the mechanisms for configuring systems in line with security policies.
- Proficient at analysing and interpreting data.
- Knowledge and experience with relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Knowledge of DevOps, Agile, Lean practices.
