  • Hybrid working arrangement with a minimum 3 days onsite in Tuggeranong
  • No clearance required, however experience within critical infrastructure or regulated environments is highly regarded
  • Experience in business analysis, requirements management, process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale technology or operational transformation programs

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major critical infrastructure program delivering new emergency energy management capabilities across the ACT. This program is focused on enhancing operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and real-time response capabilities through the delivery of integrated digital, operational, and data-driven solutions.

Working within a collaborative multi-disciplinary team, you will help shape the future-state operating model, define business and functional requirements, and support the selection of technology solutions that will underpin a highly visible and strategically important initiative.

Your duties will include:

  • Leading business requirements elicitation, analysis, and validation activities across operational and technical stakeholders
  • Mapping current and future state business processes and workflows
  • Developing use cases, user journeys, and functional requirements documentation
  • Managing and maintaining requirements traceability across the program lifecycle
  • Supporting solution option assessment and procurement activities
  • Contributing to vendor evaluations, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Assisting with business case development and decision-making inputs

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within complex enterprise or transformation programs
  • Strong capability in requirements gathering, process modelling, and stakeholder management
  • Experience working across technology, operational, and business teams
  • Ability to work independently and drive outcomes in fast-paced environments
  • Exposure to procurement support, vendor engagement, or solution evaluation activities
  • Experience within energy, utilities, emergency management, or critical infrastructure environments highly regarded
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills
