Business Analyst
Talent is searching for multiple Business Analysts to join a leading financial institution here in Brisbane and work on an exciting, new, multi-year project focussed on Protecting Confidential Member Information.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze existing business processes, systems, and other functional requirements.
- Manage the development, facilitation, coordination, and communication of initiatives and strategies.
- Liaise with internal customers and stakeholders to review and monitor the effectiveness of tools, systems, methods, and standards.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business data into meaningful insights.
- Implement a structured project planning framework in accordance with approved standards, agile, and best practice methodologies.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of member information through the implementation of robust security controls and practices.
About You:
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and well-developed communication skills at both the technical and business process levels.
- Privacy, policy and/or Regulatory/Compliance background is preferred
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to pivot in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Cybersecurity and security controls experience is beneficial, reflecting our commitment to member data security and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Superannuation and Financial Services Industry is beneficial.
