About the Role
In this role you will support numerous aspects of the end-to-end event management process including event workplan development and management, event logistics support, event asset development and coordination, event application/ website build/support, and post-event activities/surveys. Other duties may include (but not limited to):
- Venue coordination
- Meeting scheduling
- Sponsorship coordination
- Coordinating banners, signage and other event assets
- Stakeholder management
Requirements
- 10 + years’ experience in large-scale B2B event management
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Communications/Business or a related field
- Strong end-to-end experience from event planning through to execution and wrap-up
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Must have full Australian working rights without any restrictions
- Must be able to come into the CBD office 4 days per week for the initial period and then 3 days per week on an ongoing basis
Terms
- 12 month initial contract starting asap (our client can wait 4 weeks for the right candidate to give notice to their employer)
- Hybrid model (3-4 days per week in the CBD office
- Paying up to $110 per hour inclusive of super (commensurate with skills and experience)
