We are looking for an experienced APS5 Complaints Officer to join one of our clients in Adelaide. The following skills and experience are essential to be successful in this role:

Experience and skills we are looking for:

– Assessing and monitoring complaints and other regulatory intelligence.

– Managing a caseload of complaints , assessment of complex matters and escalating incidents for investigation or other action where necessary.

– Completing assessments of complaints and other regulatory compliance within agreed timeframes.
