The Role:
The Government Department is seeking an Application Support Analyst to assist in unpacking technical issues (triage) of applications.

The Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 2 & 3 technical analysis through multiple contact methods and tasks.
  • Triage incidents or tickets and assign them to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Assist in unpacking technical issues (triage) of different applications/systems.
  • Contribute to the software quality assurance and testing activities to ensure delivery of quality systems to clients.
  • Review of the Confluence Page and investigate/resolve complex technical and application incidents and requests.

Experience & Prerequisites:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Support Analyst or an Applications Support Analyst.
  • Strong experience in supporting backend applications such as Power BI, SQL, Salesforce, Mulesoft and AWS is essential.
  • Experience in Atlassian products is essential.
  • Experience in creating architectural diagrams (system diagram) is essential.
  • Prior Government Sector experience would be ideal.
