One of our clients is looking for an Application Analyst for a permanent position based in Adelaide

MUST HAVE: Candidates with valid Australia working rights (valid visa, PR holder, citizens)

Skills Required:

  • Maintain and support required business information systems (Technology One ERP, LeeCare Platinum 6, AlayaCare, Penelope, Camms, etc.)
  • Ensure correct configuration to meet business and system requirements and comply with all necessary security obligations.
  • Proven experience in working along with end-users to identify business requirements and design appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and maintain system service manuals to ensure they are current, available and re-communicated as required.
  • Develop and implement change to processes and workflows to standardise usage and allow for improved functionality, including communication, training and documentation.
  • Experience in the design and delivery of system testing processes (UAT).
  • Experience in preparing and delivering system-related training.
  • Experience providing relevant end-user support for the proper use of information systems.
  • Advanced knowledge in the use of Business Intelligent (BI) tools for the preparation of system reports.
