We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join one of our clients in Adelaide.

Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for accurately processing supplier invoices, employee expenses and travel advances in a timely manner to ensure vendor and employee satisfaction.

The following skills and experience are essential to be successful in this role:

  • Solid understanding of basic accounting and accounts payable principles
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage financial records
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to build good relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Advanced MS Office skills, with high degree of confidence in MS Excel
