All Talent team members, regardless of where they are located or their job role are actively encouraged to take time helping a charity of their choice, or to support our charity, Talent RISE.
Talent RISE is our global charity born out of the desire to facilitate real world solutions to the barriers young people face with employment. At Talent we use our networks and relationships with technology employers to provide gateways for young people to gain life-changing work experience and mentoring. Everyone in the Talent team is also encouraged to give time to help coach or mentor young people introduced to us via Talent RISE.

Time to get prepared! This is the first meeting with your ‘potential manager’. They’ll take a deep dive into your experience, as well as give you as much insight into the team and the day-to-day responsibilities of the role.
