The Talent Unleashed Awards celebrated the 2014 overall category winners last night at the global celebration that spanned New Zealand, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong.

The awards, created by global IT&T recruitment and technology services company Talent International, were inundated with over 600 entries from the entire region with final winners going to the Branson Centre for Entrepreneurship in South Africa for a five day entrepreneurship workshop during Global Entrepreneur’s Week. In talking at the awards ceremony, Richard Earl, Founder and Managing Director of Talent International outlined that Talent International is concerned about the insufficient interest and activity at a grass roots level in terms of innovation, ideas and technology start-ups; and this was the reason for the awards. “Whilst there is considerable hype surrounding entrepreneurialism and technology start ups closer examination reveals too much speculation, get rich quick mentalities, insufficient substance and genuine holistic support for those who have the ideas and the vision – and that is why we are here tonight – to reward and recognise those individuals that need this support, in the right way” Earl said Click here for the 2014 Winners
