The fourth and final day of the Talent Unleashed Awards Winners Trip started out with a visit to the Golden Gate bridge. The last day of the trip was more casual and a chance for our winners to see some of landmarks and iconic places in California. Following a long few days visiting and learning valuable information from tech giants in Silicon Valley, the winners used their time to relax and bond as a group. For several of the group it was their first time in the US, and they appreciated the time to be able to see and experience the beautiful city and surrounding countryside.
Continuing their tour, they visited the iconic Napa Valley stopping to pose for photos in front of the landmark sign. Starting their tour of Napa, they were given guided tours and private tastings at some winery’s in the local area.
Starting at Silverado Vineyards, they sampled a selection of red and white wines produced locally, having a selection of great wines hand picked by their sommelier. Following this, they ended their trip at Rams Gate Winery in Sonoma Valley, having a tour of the Cellar Door and vineyards.
On the final evening of the trip, the group shared a final dinner at Scoma’s Restaurant at Fisherman’s Wharf and all bid each other farewell before heading home. The 5 winners had an excellent trip and were all thankful to have had the unique experience to visit some of the world’s largest tech companies and learn about how new innovations are disrupting the way we do business. All agreed the most valuable part of the trip was making new connections and friendships with people from all over the globe.
