Talent recognised for several prestigious awards in 2017

We’re extremely proud of the achievements Talent has been recognised for in 2017.

As a recruitment specialist in the Technology and Digital sector, we strive to ‘break from the pack’, to be innovative, disruptive, bold and truly unique in everything we do.

This year, we’ve been recognised several times across the APAC region for exactly what we preach – not only as an organisation but also individually.

In August this year, our CEO of APAC, Mark Nielsen, was recognised for his success, innovation and business acumen by the prestigious CEO Magazine Executive of the Year Awards.

Mark was named a finalist for both ‘CEO of the Year’ and ‘Professional Services Executive of the Year’; a homage to his innovative thinking and ability to deliver an energetic approach to challenges, transformation and growth for the business over the long term.

In September Talent was proudly named LinkedIn’s ‘Most Socially Engaged Staffing Agency of 2017’. Having placed 9th in 2016 for the same award, this acknowledgement recognises the commitment the business has put into social media over the past year.

‘At Talent we’ve made a conscious effort to make social media a fundamental part of the business. We take a holistic view, understanding it is not just the voice of the business but the voice of the team, we encourage staff to contribute content and ideas, and frequently engage and share our content with their networks.’ said Nielsen

It’s this type of culture that has made it possible for Talent to be recognised for these esteemed awards.

More recently Talent has been recognised not once but twice In SEEK’s SARA Awards, celebrating innovation and excellence within the recruitment industry.

In Australia, Talent was a finalist for both ‘Most Innovative Agency of The Year’ and ‘Recruitment Agency of the Year’ and took out the ‘Large Recruitment Agency of the Year’ Award. We were thrilled to be recognised for our passion and commitment towards innovation to enhance business practices, relationships and processes.

To these incredible achievements, APAC CEO Mark Nielsen said, “We’re extremely proud and humbled by the recognition Talent has received through these awards.

“This has only been made possible by the passion and drive of the Talent team who always give their best and thereby have created and sustained an engaging, fun and experimental culture. Talent truly is the best place to work.”

We are so proud of everything we have achieved this year and can’t wait to see what 2018 will bring.

Here’s to an amazing end to 2017!
