Andrew has over 12 years’ of IT recruitment experience working for some of the largest consultancies/agencies in the UK and globally where he has been recognized with a large number of sales awards for top performance and building top performing sales teams. He has also gained in-depth internal recruitment experience having worked for the fastest growing IT Services Company in the UK building them an internal recruitment function from scratch.
Andrew has an exceptional reputation within the Consultancy and Testing Market which has been built consistently over the past 12 years.
Andrew is an extremely passionate, professional and ethical Recruitment Director who manages through motivation, constantly striving to improve already high levels of service delivery to clients and candidates. He is an extremely dynamic, friendly, outgoing and communicative individual who is highly respected and well-liked by clients, colleagues and friends alike. He always works with a large smile on his face and always put his clients, team and others first; he sleeps, eats and drinks recruitment.
Alex has 11 years technology recruitment experience. In 2002 he started his career as a Resourcer. He swiftly transitioned into a reputable consultant and after a few years was named top contracts biller. He continued his top biller status whilst making a name for himself as a strong leader working for a number of top recruitment agencies in London.
He used these leadership skills to build a number of successful recruitment teams from the ground up – each time driving these teams to establish successful contracts divisions across the UK & Europe. Alex is now managing a team of IT specialists from our London office across the Talent and Hunter Charles brands.

Andy is an energetic, passionate leader who encourages all staff to engage with and contribute to wider strategic objectives.
Andy leads Talent’s Bristol office who are capitalising on the city’s growing digital community.
