Andrew has over 12 years’ of IT recruitment experience working for some of the largest consultancies/agencies in the UK and globally where he has been recognized with a large number of sales awards for top performance and building top performing sales teams. He has also gained in-depth internal recruitment experience having worked for the fastest growing IT Services Company in the UK building them an internal recruitment function from scratch.

Andrew has an exceptional reputation within the Consultancy and Testing Market which has been built consistently over the past 12 years.

Alex has 11 years technology recruitment experience. In 2002 he started his career as a Resourcer. He swiftly transitioned into a reputable consultant and after a few years was named top contracts biller. He continued his top biller status whilst making a name for himself as a strong leader working for a number of top recruitment agencies in London.

He used these leadership skills to build a number of successful recruitment teams from the ground up – each time driving these teams to establish successful contracts divisions across the UK & Europe. Alex is now managing a team of IT specialists from our London office across the Talent and Hunter Charles brands.

From working alongside Talent in Australia, I've seen the potential Talent have to create innovation within the recruitment sector, whilst contributing positively to local technology communities. Paul is a motivated, engaging, seasoned recruitment leader with over 13 years IT&T recruitment experience, having held senior management positions throughout Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific. His early career was in the Royal Air Force.

Paul has a vast and versatile recruitment solution and product knowledge within Permanent, Retained, Executive Search, Permanent Projects, RPO’s, T&M Contract, Employed Consultancy Models, Statement of Work and Managed Services.

Darren was also shortlisted for The Institute of Recruitment Professional – Business Manager of the Year 2013 award.

I have over 19 years experience in Human Resources across all areas of HR strategy and policy in a varied range of sectors. In the last 10 years a key focus has been within the recruitment industry where I have undertaken organisational design as well as building learning and development frameworks that develop potential and maximise performance of our staff.
