Anthony began his career working in the government sector in technical support and quickly advanced into business analyst and customer support management roles where he was responsible for six government agencies in the Transportation and Services sector. In 1997 Anthony moved into recruitment and as they say – the rest is history. After 10 years working for VW & Audi in England Matthew came over to Australia in 2005 on a working holiday visa. 12 years later he is an Australian citizen, and working in the wonderful world of technology and digital recruitment. His experience has been pretty diverse in the industry, working for large and small companies, recruiting across nearly all sectors from digital to Government, telco to FMCG, start-ups to banks – providing contract, permanent and RPO/MSP solutions.
Robert Ning has 15 years’ experience in IT&T recruitment. He was promoted to the role of general manager for Canberra in 2014 after helping establish the Canberra office for Talent in 2007 as a senior account executive. Kara Smith has been recruiting in the Auckland market for over a decade and has specifically worked with Talent since 2013.
