Why Talent – A Case Study

Talent has partnered for over 10 years with a multinational technology and consulting corporation.  We were originally engaged by the organisation to ensure resources were in place to implement a number of large SAP projects across 7 countries.  This required a centralised and coordinated process, so that the projects could be run simultaneously.  With over 80 contractors required, the resource process was managed in close partnership with the clients Program Managers to ensure the contractors were ready when they were needed and armed with the right skills set and the right attitude.

A streamlined and global process was the main focus for the team at Talent, with this in mind; we designed and implemented a simplified, online system for management of resources which included contractor approval and time-sheet management.  The system allowed us to maintain consistent flow of knowledge, resources and payment information and ensured that all stakeholders – client, contractor and consultant – were engaged at all stages of the process.
